Starts October 2008. This 108 hour 9 weekend course is the prerequisite for the World Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in the style of Anusara Yoga coming Fall 2009.

These trainings take place in a beautiful loft in Chelsea on 25th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues in New York City.
